Our Mission

We seek to increase community participation in addressing issues of homelessness in the West Los Angeles area. WLAH conducts direct outreach and works with professional social workers to engage with those experiencing homelessness and connect them to City, County, State and other community resources.

What We Do

  • Provide outreach and resources to the unhoused to help them move out of homelessness, including weekly mobile showers, new clothes, DMV vouchers, assistance with medical appointments, and help with documentation.

  • Work with professional case workers to connect the unhoused to

    housing and other resources.

  • Conduct monthly clean-ups in collaboration with the unhoused to

    help keep our streets clean.

  • Collaborate with LA County, LA City, and Neighborhood Councils to unite resources for our homeless population

  • Coordinate events and volunteers to provide services and essentials to our unhoused neighbors
